The quote tool

The quote tool requires your gender, birth date, self-assessment of health, tobacco status, desired coverage sum, and term preference. We transmit these six data points to the carriers' quoting infrastructure to return rates; this site does not retain them. Your name, address, phone, or email is not required to view quotes. Identical repeated requests may be answered from a transient cache to avoid redundant lookups.

Applying

Should you choose to apply, your six answers populate a secure application operated on the carriers' systems, where their privacy rules take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance entity (License 0B75129), administers the process.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, reply preference, subject category, and message text. Messages are relayed directly to the agency by email, with your email serving as the return address. We store no messages, maintain no submission records, and keep no logs of what was sent. A brief anti-spam validation runs client-side before submission.

Measurement

Visitor activity is tracked via first-party, cookie-free analytics delivered from our domain. Cookies and local identifiers are never created; your IP is truncated before logging; referrer URLs are stripped; unprocessed logs expire after 90 days. If your browser transmits Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, you are excluded from measurement entirely.

What we do not do

Personal data is never sold, shared, or tracked for marketing purposes, and we do not embed third-party analytics. The sole external script is the carriers' application system, present only on the apply page and only when you visit it.
